Staff members, Treasa Rice and Fiona Hendren, along with service user Aoibheann Magee attended the ReSport Winter Camp in Slovenia last week.  The Resport project involves 8 European countries and its aim is to give participants the opportunity to take part in various sports, training events and sports days as well informing coaches about the potential of sports for people with disabilities.

As part of the ReSport project there are sports camps/visits to all countries involved.  This time it was our Slovenian partners turn to host a winter camp.  We got to try numerous sports including; XXXL Football, Skiing, Plezuhi, Badminton and Football Darts, as well as visit local tourist attractions in Maribor.
