Sports 4 U is for individuals aged 16 and over, who wish to return to moderate to high level sport or exercise.  The programme offers a varied timetable with sessions facilitated either by trained coaches or physiotherapists.  We also offer education on general health and wellbeing, such as diet, sleep management and healthy lifestyles.
